IMPORTANT NOTICE: BVI Annual Return 2023

Please be informed that BVI Business Companies will be required to submit Annual Returns starting from the Financial Year 2023. The Annual Returns should be submitted to the registered agent within 9 months after the end of the Financial Year.

Unless the company has a Financial Year that is not a calendar year, the Financial Year is the calendar year.

For example, if the company’s Financial Year is the calendar year, the first Annual Return will be for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2023 and must be submitted before September 2024.

If the company’s Financial Year is 1 April to 31 March, the first Annual Return will be for the Financial Year ending 31 March 2024 and must be submitted before December 2024.

The handling fee for the Annual Return will be USD 150. Please note that this fee will be added to the annual fee invoices starting 2024.
