Tailormade a Hong Kong Company

Our Services and Procedures:
1. Provide your proposed Company name for a name search.
2. Further provide the following required information (a to g).
3. Arrange the necessary documents to be signed and lodged to the Companies Registry.
4. The Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate will be issued within 5-7 working days.
5. Collect the Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate. We will complete the Deluxe Kitset and proceed to change the Business Nature by the next day.

A Deluxe Kitset includes:

  • 20 printed copies of AoA
  • 3 copies of the Chinese Version AoA
  • 1 share certificate book (20 pcs)
  • 1 common seal
  • 1 pre-inked stamp
  • 1 round pre-inked stamp (22mm)
  • 1 statutory book
  • 1 company green box
Incorporation Fee (BR fee not included):
HK$2,900 (C.O.D.) + BR fee
VIP offer: HK$2,800 (C.O.D.) + BR fee
Option: An additional fee of HK$500 for updating Company Registers, including the Significant Controllers Register (SCR) effective from 1st March 2018
 
Required Information:
a. Proposed Company name
b. Registered office address(#)
c. Share capital to be issued
d. Founder Member's name, address, and number of shares to be taken
e. Director's name, address, HKID/Passport no.
f. Company secretary's name, address, and HKID no. (#)
g. Address proof and copy of HKID/Passport are required for each Director and Member.
# Provision of registered office and Company secretary is available on request.
 
Note:
Setting up a Hong Kong Company requires at least one shareholder, one director, and one Company Secretary. The Company Secretary should be a resident of Hong Kong or a Hong Kong company. If the Company has only one director, that director cannot also be the Secretary of the Company.
