Annual Returns

Each company must furnish to the Registrar an Annual Return no later than the last day of the calendar quarter of its registration. Please complete the attached return and submit with your annual fee payment.

Accounting Records

Under the BC Act, companies are required to keep accounting records sufficient to show and explain the companies’ transactions. Where the accounting records are kept outside of Anguilla, the companies shall keep at their registered office:

1. accounts and returns adequate to ascertain the financial position of the companies with reasonable accuracy on a bi-annual basis; and
2. a written record of the place or places outside Anguilla where the accounting records are kept

週年申報表

每家公司必須在不遲於其註冊日所屬季度的最後一天向註冊處提交週年申報表。 請填寫隨附的申報表並連同年費一起提交。

會計記錄

商業公司法規定公司必須保留足以顯示和解釋公司交易的會計記錄。 如果會計記錄保存在安圭拉境外，公司應在其註冊辦事處保存以下文件：

1. 每年兩次，提交足以合理的準確性確定公司的財務狀況的賬目和申報；和
2. 於安圭拉境外保存會計記錄的地址的書面記錄。
